QualityKiosk conducts “Smart Webinars” – short 20 min learning sessions that are highly impactful and focus on key topics of interest. These are usually conducted by our internal subject matter experts [SMEs] and all QKites are invited to join these sessions.
Thus, we conducted a webinar for all employees on the topic, “Moving from Application Performance to Customer Experience” by Anuroop Krishna [Sr. Manager, Customer Experience] on 11th October 2019.
This was well-received and followed by a highly interactive Q&A session towards the end of the webinar. We look forward to more such sessions by our key folks to enhance and up-skill the team in the latest and futuristic technologies.
